Salinity is 1.027 alk 10.24 pH 7.7 phos 0.0 Ca 605 Mg 1359 Ammonia 0 nitrite 4.4 nitrate 79
Your nitrates are super high, and the presence of nitrite is concerning. Your salinity is also a tad high, as is your calcium.

How old is your tank?

Agree with hds4216 all those levels are off and the tank is way too new for an anemone. Is there someone you know with an established tank to hold it for you until your tank matures? If not you may want to return it. Problem is that if you were to do a big water change to get levels back in track it could stress it too the point of death.

Everything is stable and anemone has been moving all around. It looks like this sometimes then bounces back. Why does it do this?

It is moving around because it is unhappy and trying to find suitable conditions to survive, which do not currently exist in your tank, as is! As others have said anemones almost never do well in a tank so young. Best option is to return it or have someone with a stable and established tank care for it.

You ca is very high as are your nitrites! Salinity is high as well. Reducing Salinity will lower your CA some as well as other levels. Nitrates are high, but fine for soft corals and BTAs, as they are a food source for BTAs. The fact you have nitrites and such high nitrates is indicative your tank is not stable and far from established. Zero phosphate is not good as almost all living things need a little phosphate!
