I wanted to know if these bubbles are dangerous?

Not a tank emergency. Those are things like, "everything is dead" or "my tank is leaking." :)

Those bubbles are coming from the dinoflagellates that are growing on your rock and are normal to be seen with them.

Good news is rarely are bubbles harmful . surface
Bubbles are a sign of algae propogation or even cyano/diatoms.
