I was cleaning my tank when I saw little pieces of sand where clinging to the tank? Earlier there was this white film (I don't have a picture) laying on the sand but I wasn't thinking anything of it and sucked it up. It looked like a foggy piece of film. Then I saw that they were MOVING. They have a red bottom with a white head and are incredibly small. Are these harmful? What are they? Do I need to treat the tank? I drew on the picture that I took of them for a closer look as to what I see! Please help!

Do they look like this?

They don't have any legs that I can see. They kind of hop or skip around right now. The drawing I have on that one photo is as best as I can see. I might be able to take a sample from the tank and put it under my microscope. Would that help?

They look exactly like the little ones in this picture. What are they? Is there a way I can get rid of them?

Those are good pods you wouldn't want to get rid of them. They help keep the tank clean and provide food for fish and corals.

I managed to get one under the microscope. So, are these 100% confirmed pods? The picture with the loose balls/circles was when a slide was placed on top of the sample. Are these eggs?
