Going to try my hand at a build thread this go around. Hopefully moving slowly this time, after four houses in two years we're finally in our forever home.

After agonizing over tanks for a few months and narrowing it down to a custom GlassCages and a Waterbox 190.5, I ultimately could not justify the cost of the GlassCages at 3x the price of the Waterbox.

The tank has officially been ordered!

This will be a SPS focused system. No clams, no LPS, no softies.

I will be building the display area with Marco Rocks coralline shelf and hybrid rock and TBS live sand with TBS live rock in the sump.

Light will be provided by three XR30's.

Flow with my four existing MP40's.

Return pump will be a Vectra M2.

Filtration by a Reefmat 1200 and a yet TBD skimmer, but leaning towards a Bubble King Double Cone 200.

I will be moving over my existing fish:
-Yellow Tang
-Coral Beauty Angelfish
-Occelaris Clowns
-Yellow Watchman Goby
-Golden Rhomboid Wrasse
-Royal Flasher Wrasse
-Carpenter's Flasher Wrasse
-Royal Gramma

I'm looking to add:
-Powder Blue Tang
-Lineatus Wrasse
-Chrysus Wrasse
-Pintail Fairy Wrasse
-Foxface Rabbitfish
-Watanabei Angelfish

That's about all I can think of right now, the fun begins!

Looks like a great plan!

Congratulations on the new tank! Any idea how long it will take to receive?

According the Waterbox it is in stock and ready to ship within 2-4 days, so hopefully I'll have it within the next few weeks.

Following along!

Got a shipping notice today, I’m having such a hard time not going on a massive shopping spree!

It’s here!

Open that bad boy up.

I'm in the same boat as you. I have an IM 50 lagoon. Been thinking about going slightly bigger. In the 60-72" width range. I shopped glass cages and everyone else. Forgot about Waterbox until last night lol. I think I have settled on the Frag 155.5. After taping out both sizes my wife said no to the 72" lol

I wanted the 230.6 real bad but it just absolutely wouldn’t fit 😂

No time this weekend to get the stand built, it's killing me!

Stand is together in the garage, everything is hopefully coming into place on Friday!

Welp, bad news, after getting everything in place... According to the wife the tank cannot go where I put it 😀

Plan B is already in action, but gonna be a minute before I can get the help back together.

Oh man, I hope my wife likes the spot I picked out for my 110.4. If not, I know a hypnotist. :)

Can we see a pic of where you wanted it to be?
