Is the 6” depth (at water level) going to be enough?

That’s what’s been putting me off one of these compared to the 10” of a lowboy 50

I was thinking the same but I will be placing my lights 24” up for a nice blanket spread and I’m using a photon v2 50 so I should be able to have less light corals around the edges and sps in the middle directly under the light.

Good point.

I was thinking more about ‘tall’ corals or for example a chunk of live rock with some RBTAs attached

I was thinking about that as well for acros colonies but my plan would be to attach a smaller footprint tank into the system at 12” depth.
