My bulkhead for my return line has a slow leak. I did a quarter of a turn but don't want to get it to tight that it's breaks the glass. Could it be the rubber ring that needs replaced?

Over tightening can also cause a leak.

Marineland 125 reef ready tank. If they don't I'll order a new bulkhead from brs.

If you can find a gasket that fits at a box store that would be a heck of a find.
