I received an RO/DI from BRS last week. The switch on the front of the digital TDS meter was missing, so I held on to all the packaging and shot off an email.
I heard back from Brad quickly. He explained that since they don’t have individual parts for these meters, they were just going to send me a new complete one. No questions asked. Email is pasted below. I definitely felt well taken care of.

Very sorry to see that your TDS meter arrived damaged. We do not have the individual parts for those TDS meters, but I will send you the full TDS meter to replace it. You should see an order email confirmation show up shortly. If there is anything else we can do for you let us know. Take care!
