Bulk reef supply ????

Hey just wanted to get your feedback about bulk reef supply and how they are about replacing faulty equipment? I recieved a bunk comercial grade tds meter and I've sent them emails and voicemails with no luck just want your thoughts about them!

They have always been very quick with respondibg for me. What times were you trying to contact them? I think they close at 5pm central time

It would have been between 2:30pm and 4 pm their time! Hmm maybe they were just busy I hope

Yea, givem till monday. Brandon in customer service is great, if anything im pretty sure I got his email and number I ca.kn give you if you dont hear anything on monday.

that they haven't contacted you yet just means they haven't had a chance yet- they're really good about following up with people. I've asked more than my share of just random questions, and have always gotten a response within 24 hours. Given it's Friday, wait till monday afternoon before getting too discouraged.

You seriously can't go wrong with bulk reef Supply. I am picky as crap about where I order from, and I've order from a ton of different retailers... they've always been spot on.
