Bump on clownfish

not sure what this is on the side of my clownfish perhaps maybe an injury? fish is still eating and acting normally posted a video below they have been in the nano tank for about a year now

Appears to be a cyst. With proper water quality and diet, it should improve But keep an eye on it.
Treatment in a quarantine setting would be maracyn 2
