Bumps on yellow clown goby

I recently got a clown goby and it looked healthy yesterday.
Today i found this :






(took him out for picture purposes)
Please help id the bumps!

Hard to see any specimen in a container and no light
Any other tank mates showing this?
If fish eating?
It looks a tad thin
