I placed a $250 order with coralsanonymous.com/. Before the order shipped, they had to refund me $42 because something the site said was available was not. Not a big deal.
Then I got the order and they didn’t have my stomella snails, the main reason for the order. I also bought 2 “3-4 frags and they were minuscule pieces. Super duper small. I paid $8 and got something 5x as big from reefcleaners. I messaged coralsanonymous.com/ immediately and they said they’d take care of it. 2 days late I followed up. And they stood behind their frags and graciously refunded me for the snails they never sent
So, I essentially paid $120 for 25 turbine snails. …and 2 days later, they are mostly dead. Buyer beware.
