I've had a bit of an accident.
I moved one of my corals higher up. It obviously didn't like the new light level, it's now got burnt tips.

Will these heal over themselves? Or do I need to snip the tops off?

High light doesn't cause burnt tips. It causes bleached tips. Elevated nutrients like to much nitrates or aminos will cause browning tips which can be snipped off if needed.
