I bought two klir filters from him. He sent them in a box that was too big and no kind of protection. They slammed into each other in the box and as a result broke into pieces. He would not refund my money unless I paid to ship them back to him. I'm sorry but I should have not had to pay for the shipping to return them. I am filing a dispute with paypal.

The update to this was yes he opened a paypal claim. We went through the paypal process and they withdrew the money from my account. After the process was over they gave me money back.

This is not at all how the item was packaged. There was literally no way for these items to break like this with no damage to the box. The pictures are missing packaging material that was there as well. I have sold quite a few things on here and have never had an issue. I was unaware that this post was even here until today.
