So I purchased a Kessil AP700 from www.asapaquarium.com but through eBay, the package sat at the post office for 7 days so I contacted the seller with my concerns that it was either lost of never got shipped and if they could call and get some information as to what was going on, they replied telling me to calm down and it was 9am in California and there staff had just got to work and he would look into it when he gets around to it which was terrible customer service so I decided to explore other options and Decided to buy it from my local fish store and decided to return the light when it showed up. So I get the package opened the shipping box to include the return slip required by the seller for a refund never opened the light it was all factory sealed and mailed it back, they refund me half of the 744 dollars I paid for the light and said I didn’t return it in its original condition which was a complete lie. Be careful out there reefers please share my experience and the store involved.

It’s just principle that a vender would act that way and then lie and say I didn’t return it in original condition I didn’t receive the light till the 20th and purchased the one from my local fish store on the 13th why would I have even opened the box?
