I have 2 x Tunze stream 3+ to cope with the thickness of the glass on the tank and 2 x Red Sea 45s. Also some smaller Tunze pumps. The tank is 7 foot with the weirs on the left hand side. Return on the right. The aquascape is not solid - 4 islands of “negative space”. I also have a sand bed. I’m looking for advice on pump placement. Currently have a few LPS from previous tank (set up is around 4 months old) but want to future proof for SPS.

Thoughts?

Did you ever figure out where you wanted your pumps to go?

I bought sane tank… it arrives next week. My current plan, which could change, is two MP60’s, one on each end, and two MP40’s mounted on the front pointing back. Not sure how/if that’ll work, but only idea I currently have.
