Still new to this trying to learn step by step. 60gallon cube Currently running fowlr with 2 clowns and clean up crew. Firefish in QT waiting his turn. Want to do Corals in future but right now trying to get good water balance.

Salinity 1.023 going to be slowly raising to 1.025 with weekly water changes
PH = 8.1
Ammonia = 0
Nitrites = 0
Nitrates = 20ppm
Calcium = 380
Alk = 10
Phosphates = .25

Ok I know Nitrates and Phosphates are high I just turned on protein skimmer and have scaled back my feedings. So I believe those levels should drop.

My question is should I do anything for the Alk and Calcium? I dont dose anything and just do a weekly water change. Should I start adding Kalk to my ATO? Better salt? Leave alone?

Everything looks fine for now. Easy to raise salinity by topping off with saltwater instead of freshwater until you get it up a bit. Continue doing your water changes and just keep an eye on the alkalinity testing weekly for now. You may not need to adding anything until you add coral later on.
