I was planning on buying a calcium reactor for the new sps tank I am working my way towards. After reading some of the thoughts by the pros in here on them, I have changed my mind and am leaning towards a dosing pump. I was looking at a Bubble Magus TO1 pump, do ya"ll know anything about these pumps and would you recommend this pump? If you know, does this pump have a built in timer or do you have to have an external timer for the pump? I have a 125g mixed reef tank and was planning on getting a new 60x30x24 tank, now I am thinking of just turning the 125 into a sps tank and see if I can make a go of that first before getting the new tank, still up in the air about it though.

This is what I use to dose alk/calc/mag.
You have no use for a timer.
You program each pump to dose the amount of the product you wish at a time
and how many times a day.
I don't have to dose much, so I dose once a day just after lights out into the sump.
Each of the black units you see on the front is a pump and they can be replaced independently, if there is a problem, for about $20.
