camera not working

i have a wireless Foscam camera set up for my tank. i have it to where i can view it from another website but i cant get it to stream thru the apex dashboard. any ideas?

Hello did u ever get your fos cam to steam though your apex well I did but I can only see it in the house but I have to be on the same net work I can't see it when I leave my home from my phone u have any Ideas I can't get the port forwarding to work wit it either
