Can’t backup apex.

Hi

I’m trying to save a backup config of my apex controller. However it’s asking me to log in a second time when I hit save configuration even though I’m already logged into .local and won’t accept my user/password. Is there different credentials I should be entering to get it to download the backup files. Anyone know how to get around this. Tried on both edge and chrome.
