I just bought a rock and one of the yuma's is touching a baby neon green yuma (2 different kinds of yuma). And, the neon green one doesnt look so hot its still sliming, i dont know if it is from shipping or if its from the big yuma touching it.

And i have another baby yuma that was squished and it is also looking bad slime everywhere is there anything i can do to make it happy again?

If you direct your attention to the center of the picture....the yuma in the back is the bigger one next to that neon green yuma but that yuma looks like a blob and is very slimy and in fronbt is the yuma that got squished and looks like bird poo now...

Yes Yumas can touch since they are the same species....There should be no issues what so ever. I also have yumas touching Florida ricordea with no issues, but if they touch other species of corals or mushrooms then there will be trouble. I had a yuma fall on a chalice and the chalice got it's but whooped....

thanks man thats good to know im just going to try my best and not touch the rock and just let the yumas heal now.

I had a yuma destroy one of my favorite wellsos....sad, sad day ;( That said, I've never had trouble with yuma on yuma.

cheers,
Darren
