Some one told me it was a sort of cactus... but I’m not sure, I think a sort of millipora ??

My 5 cents - from one of the genera Pavona, Hydnophora or Galaxea - keep it isolated - all three genera has nasty, long stinging tentacles. However - I can be wrong.

It looks like a Pavona to me as well, albeit a "hairier" version than my particular species. Maybe a Pavona decussata where I believe mine is a Pavona frondifera.
