Can anyone help identify this pink hairy algae?

I have this light pink, hairy algae growing over my live rock, but only on the rock in the shade. I've been looking all over for what this might be, but cannot find any similar photos/threads/posts about this type of algae(if that's what it is). I recently added some more liverock before I left for 2 weeks for vacation, and when I returned, it was growing all over the shaded areas. I tried 30% water changes 3 times in the last 10 days, and it only continues to grow. Please help! I'm concerned this new live rock (coming from a friends aquarium he was dissembling), came with unwanted algae (hopefully that's all, not something worse).

If you could get a clearer picture that would help, it almost looks like a type of hydroid but once again need a better shot. Best of luck

Use white light to better identify.

Check out this link and you tell us what you have. At first I thought Cotton Candy. Here is cotton candy in my 75G tank that is 25 yrs young. The lights just came on.
