Can anyone help me out on this?

I just noticed this little guy today, it kinda has a tube shape like a feather duster but has 1 long tentacle thing that protrudes about an inch when it wants to.

Looks like a Spionid worm, but they normally have two translucent tentacles.

If you zoom in you can make out what looks to be the second tentacle
