So this is a long shot as I realise it is difficult to see anything clearly through this video... does anyone have an idea what this guy is? Relatively new and haven't noticed any hitchhikers until now.

Will try to get a clearer video next time hes out!

Totally cool whatever it is. Is it eating something when it's extended or just... extending, lol.
Yeah it looks really cool and I'm happy to keep him so long as he isn't going to turn into some 6 foot monster and eat all my fish like a bobbit worm. I think he's eating as this was just after feeding time!

Got a better pic of one of these guys, looks like he's upset my zoas a bit.
Can anyone tell what it is from this clearer video?

Good video. Does it extend at night? Like a long spring?
Thanks for the reply - this is as far as I've seen it out but it can retract a lot which made me rule out a pineapple sponge or something like that. I'll keep an eye out at night to see if I can see him come out further

It's always amazing how many creatures actually live in you tank. After all these years I still sit in front of my tanks at night with a light looking for creatures. Just last week I found a tiny white crab in a tank that's 3 years old??

The more I look the more I think that guy is bad. Maybe tweezers instead of chemicals.
