Can anyone identify this?

I noticed this approximately one inch long white thing attached to my coral. I don't know if its a tube worm or something else. I haven't investigated yet on if its hard or soft but appears to not be smooth when looking close at it.

Looks like a sponge of some sort. Filter feeder, should be harmless. If it gets to big just scape it off.
