Possibly brown jelly disease. Or its cyano or algae that's grown around the base of the head causing it to be upset. Any chance of getting a better picture with more white lights?

Hard to see with all the blue. If I had to guess brown jelly. I don't see any signs of cyano on the rock but until we get a pic with white lighting it's gonna be hard to ID

Either way I would quarantine this coral if possible after dipping it in something like Coral ReVive to clean it up.
