Can fish beat a disease?

Has anyone ever heard of a clownfish beating a disease without any treatment at all pretty sure my clowfish has brooklynella but the paleness and white around his mouth has went away he also had I'm not sure excatly how too describe it but a light colored patch on one side that is slowly going away also looks like his top fin is coming back up any help is greatly appreciated

No but I do believe fish does develop an immune system once it’s been infected but treated

Yes, but not this specific disease.
are the wild caught clowns more prone to getting brooks? I haven’t kept a wild one for quite some so I can’t say for sure but you are prob right as my exp is mostly with velvet on the immune system observation.

Not brook typically, I did have a tang make a fantastic recovery from it but lost every other fish. I have an engineer goby recover from velvet when she was a baby and fish come back from ich

That I couldn't say. When my tank got velvet both my clownfish got it (one worse than the other) but both managed to recover.
