I was wondering if I can add too much supplements like Chemi-pure and Phosguard at one time, or should I slowly add them at different times. I just don't want to shock my corals.

Yes, you should generally start with about half (or less) of the recommended amount for your tank and scale up from there. The exception to this is carbon (you can never really have too much carbon).

What are you trying to accomplish with them?

FWIW, I would not call either of these supplements. Supplements add things to the water. Calcium, alk, etc. These remove them and I'd call them binders.
