Can I dose bottle 3B of the original along with the rest of my Core7?

So I finally got my hands on some core7 and was pretty excited to get started until I realized that my bottle 3B appears to be for the old formula, I didn't know it was slightly different from the other core7 bottles. Is there any recommendations on how I should attempt dosing this per the new versions methods?
