The top one is right under the HOB filter and getting great flow.
Running 150 MH 20k for lighting so it's pretty happy and spreading since I purchased it.
As far as the bottom one, do the polyps on caps open up? Seems like they're just out and not fully opening cept for the new growth. They've been in the tank for about 3 months and growing pretty good.

One time they were bumping uglies over night and the cap looking one started getting kinda fuzzy and polyps receeded and turn white.

I'll google nodosa and see see what comes up.
Thanks for the Info.

Undata or Nodosa..
equipment i'm using on my 24 nano is.
PS75 Protein Skimmer ungrading to a bakpak.
2 250 gph powerhead.
40 pounds of livesand and 20 pnds of liverock.

Everything in the tank is growing pretty good.
The Undata or Nodosa is encrusting like crazy, I'm gonna have to put him on a bigger rock soon.

Well I finally got in touch with the local reefer that I got this frag from and he said that it was a MorningStar Encrusting Monti and that the 2nd one was a purple polyp green monti.
