Bulk head fitting question

Hey guys question. I'm ordering bulkheads today for the tank and I just want to confirm the information. The i.d on the bottom of my bulk head measures 1" and roughly 1/4 opening . Is that a 1" bulk head or is it 1".1/4

The inside diameter of the 1" bulkhead fitting (or outside of 1" pvc pipe) is 1.3"
