After treating my tank for ONE DAY with gfo in a reactor my phosphate dropped from 0.48 to 0.15. Due to a history of dinoflagellate issues I'm not comfortable going any lower at this time. I took the reactor core out and placed it in RO water to rinse. Can I save/store this for future use and if so should I leave it in water or let it dry out?
Side note: I know it's still good bc I've tested the reactor output water. Yesterday the inflowing phosphate level of 0.48 was reduced to 0.07. Today the tank water level of 0.15 was being reduced to 0.03 on the output side.
