My radion xr 30 fell in my tank on Sunday and I immediately took it out of the water and unplugged it and I was wondering if I can use cvs mineral oil to clean off access salt

I would use distilled or RODI water with 0 TDS—assuming all the safety parameters of not having anything plugged in, etc. I would then thoroughly dry the unit and put it in a container with bulk desiccant beads. I have cleaned many marine electronics that had accidental ocean water exposure.

How would I clean it with the rodi?

Isopropyl alcohol is the standard for cleaning circuit boards. It's non-conductive and highly efficient at dissolving most contaminants. I'm not sure how well it does with Sodium Deposits, but it's very good at most contamination removal.
This or you can buy electronic cleaner.
