Can large shrimp or crabs eat dead fish?

Good evening all, I just had a bad outbreak of ich and a few fish died, my one angel is still survived but 1 of the fish disappeared and I can not find him and thinking mayby one of my shrimp or crabs ate him?

My cuc will basically eat anything so I would say yes.

Pretty much any invertebrates in your tank that aren't corals or filter-feeders will at least attempt to eat a fish. Arthropods are great at it.
