Can somebody ID this growing on my filtration in sump

Bottom of the filter block you can see the orb looking thing. They are all over my filtration. Hopefully these are fine and they only seem to grow in my sump.

Any help would be great TIA!

i believe they are tubeworms - harmless filter feeders.

There are also some pineapple sponges which are there trying to help you out as filter feeders. Good guys
