Can someone help ID these polyps? Is this a pest?

I found these white polyps growing among some zoas in 2 places. Can anyone help me with an ID?

These are colonial tunicates. They are not usually a pest.

they might not be pest but be careful if they grow near corals cause ive seen them grow on the skeleton on lps corals and annoying the coral in the process, they look nice and as long as the population doesnt explode they should be safe imo.
