I tried seaching on google for these hitchhikers but didn't find any. Can someone please help me to identify these? It attached onto live rocks and when I touched it or I used the torch light, it will retract. Is these harmless to my tank? Attached are the picture and video. Thank you in advance.

Video won't play for me sorry, from the picture I will say they look like Tunicates to me by the texture and structure. You say they actually look like a kind of worm though?

When to mix up fish meal: When was the last time you tried a different brand of food for your reef?
