I picked up this frag today, but not exactly sure what it is. Any suggestions?

The original photos were taken just after the frag was dipped and placed in the tank. Since then it has shown some extension and looks healthy. Also, the colors look much different in person, more of a maroon and green body with vibrant purple tips. This photo more closely represents the colors:

Not looking too bad at all. Upon closer inspection I would say A. Valida for sure. A lowkey gem, IMO. If it's doing well the blue in the branches is almost unbeatable.

I think you're right. After researching A. Valida I found several photos of Tri-Color Valida that look exactly like mine.
