It's on the center left side of the picture. A white tube with a orange organism growing out of it. I'v had the tank for 4 months. Just curious if it's something I should eliminate or if it's just a natural part of the tank.

It's a feather duster and it's a good sign that your tank is maturing nicely. These are filter feeders and help with water quality by consuming waste in the water column.
