Is it a sponge or something? Anyone know if its photosynthetic or NPS?

WOW, should be dendronephthya, orange carnation coral, or scleronephthya orange silk tree corals.
How long you had it?

It's nps, if you have really clean water 2-4mo. Survive. Beautiful. I went to fish world FB site, They must have some. Hard to get.

Scleronephthya rather but same difference

Soooo nice, still kicking. One month now?

I'm so used to seeing the sclerites on dendronephthya, don't know if yours shows any. Also most dendronephthya, sold as cauliflower in description of coral, have no sclerites, go figure. Gorgeous coral.
