Can this light grow coral in a 75g tank?

The wattage seems pretty weak, definitely won't grow SPS. I'd recommend searching for a used AI Prime or equivalent and see what you can find. New they are in the $200 range so I'm sure someone is selling a lightly used one for cheap.
