Can you ID this salt?

Weird question, I know.

A church member gave me 2 bags of salt that they said they never used before they took down their tank. Not a lot to go by but I'm hoping someone recognizes the packaging and the way it's labeled.

Anyone know the brand?
Does salt have a shelf life?

either instant ocean or reef crystals (not for resale is the keywords); if it's not clumped in a big block, you're good to go

I have Reef Crystal bags that look very similar
