Can you ID what is on my blue hippo tang

Hi hoping someone can id what is in my blue tang. If you zoom in on him you can see 4 white spots on him. I did add fish after a QT process 5 days ago but I did not think it is ich b/c no other fish effected and I would think more spots?

Any idea what is causing them? I have had him since 2015 and am quite attached... Bought him a bigger home he was purchased as a juvenille in a 75 gallon tank... and he did outgrow it : )

He gets nori, algae pellets, live clams cut up, and a mix of LRS reef frenzy and herbivore mix along with brine shrimp. Black worms when I can find them.

need clearer photos under white lighting to accurately assess what you have. I see faint markings and have a clue but would be a second guessing with image

Better? It is clear on my phone but yes agree not clear on the forum.
