i would suspect oodinium, assuming the odd belly dots are from your tank glass. regardless, i would immediately treat with Ruby Reef Rally Pro. Better yet, Ruby Reef Hydroplex 5 minute bath and treat tank with Rally.
i have had outstanding results with both products.
