Cannot get Water Clear on IM 25

I'm getting very frustrated. The tank is officially 7 months old today and the last month or so I absolutely cannot get the water clear. There's always this slight "murk" or haze to it. I'm very certain it's bacterial in nature because it always intensifies after feeding. Related or not, I'm also battling a slight outbreak of hair algae. ANY tips/tricks/insight would be greatly appreciated it.

IM Lagoon 25
MP10 and Hygger 1500 for flow
Hydra 26 upgraded with Luxdium Cyan puck (note: red light is turned all the way down)
Lighting schedule is ramp up starting at 8, full power 11, ramp down starts at 1, off by 6 or 7 (I can't remember and the husband does the app work!)
I switched to Reef Crystals from IO last week, well after the cloudiness started

Filtration is as follows:
Aquashield Desktop UV Sterilizer (Just installed 48 hours ago)
Bubble Magus MiniQ (just installed 48 hours ago)
IM Filter Stack with Filter Floss first chamber, Carbon Second and Phosban in final chamber
I have hanging in mesh bags 2 carbon and 1 Chemiclean. First bag of carbon was swapped monday, second just today. Chemiclean is about 2 weeks old
Second filter stack has chaeto with a dedicated light 24/7 (light does NOT bleed into tank)

Parameters as of 15 minutes ago:
pH: 8, Ammonia/Nitrite/Nitrate: 0, Phosphate: .06, Salinity: 1.025, kH: 14.8*, Mg: 1500, Ca: 495

*With the switch to Reef Crystals my Alk SHOT UP. It had been very stable at around 8.5 with the IO
And I cannot get my nitrates up!!

Livestock:
Mocha Clown, Tailspot Blenny, Yellow Watchman Goby and Yellow Clown Goby
Various corals
six Rock Flower anemones and one cranky bubble tip.

The last thing added to the tank were some corals on 4/15. I do weekly water changes, @5ga.

None of the inhabitants seem overly bothered by any of this but it's driving ME nuts. Especially because my IM15 just showed up to go under this tank to be dedicated to my mocha clown because he enjoys throwing his clownfish body into my torch and duncan (which they are not super appreciative of) and I don't want to have two cloudy tanks.

Things I've tried:
1) Lights out for a weekend
2) Didn't feed for 4 days
3) Switched to flake food only
4) Back to frozen food only
5) Several huge water changes
6) No water changes
7) Several small 2ga changes every other day

As a note, this is a work tank and I WFH Tues/Thursday so the tank is really only fed Mon/Wed/Fri and a weekend day (maybe) if I stop by. I feed reef-roids once a week and alternate between marine flake and frozen. Frozen is either a single cube of mysis, marine cuisine OR prime reef. Coworkers all promise they don't feed or touch the tank in any way (and I believe them).

I'd give the UV Reactor and Skimmer a few days to get going before doing anything drastic.

Slow is smooth, smooth is fast.

Also that is a ton of chemical media for this tank. You should only need one or two Chemipure Blue Nano packets once a month or one of the medium sized bags every 2-3 months. You're likely stripping everything out of the water with that much carbon and phosban. Any particular reason you're using that much?

If you're using Chemipure Elite you're also effectively using two phosphate removers. I've generally found it to be too strong for my Nanos and have always used Chemipure Blue instead.

It's the tiniest amount of chemipure and I only added it to see if it would make any impact. I run the phosban because my phosphates will climb pretty high if I don't. There really is only one extra bag of carbon at this point because each filter stack had one bag. Since I sacrificed the chamber to the UV I hung the bag that would have been there anyway. The third mesh bag of carbon was mainly to see if it would help and I have a ton of it!

Yeah I'm in no rush to do anything. Skimmer is already pulling some pretty wild gunk. I'm quite impressed already by this little rig!

Thank you but sorry should have asked you to turn off the blue lights, leave only white lights on. The blue messes with the phone camera and the photo is not completely clear, not clear enough to see cloudyness
