Can't download GHL Control Center

This is worse than buying something from IKEA. I go to support & download to get the control center. 5 times it will not download, 2 different computers. Help.

@Andy - I wonder if this is an issue with your ISP - I've just downloaded it multiple times in a row, no issues what-so-ever.

Andy - You're downloading the correct file, but it seems you're having some trouble with your internet, or network. The file is only 23.1 mb in size and should download in seconds, if not a minute or two. Your screenshot shows that it's got 10+ minutes left after completing a quarter of it... check your internet.

Try clearing your browser cache. Also, make sure you have enough disk space in location where you are trying to save file.

So can you ping the IP you assigned the device from your PC on wifi?

Didn't assign an ip. Searched for wifi and entered security code.

"Need", no. But I always do on stand alone equipment I put on my network so I can locate it if needed. If you can ping it from your computer, then at least you know it's got 2 way communication with your network.

Also, might want to make sure that you saved the myGHL settings to allow you access. I know I get a little click happy sometimes and miss a button.

I know I saved after found the wifi and added password. Normally things tell you they have connected but doser did not. I'm not real computer savvy I've done the apex with wireless adapters. This should be similar.

One other item. How do you make the 4 dozers dose at diff times? Or is that automatic?

I have 24 X one ml doses for all 4 channels. Dosing triton.

Is the GHL logo flashing blue/white or something else? The flashing light (or lack thereof) can help you troubleshoot.

I understand that you know what you did, but if it's not working properly, then I'd suggest you double check the settings you put into the device. I'm not saying you're wrong, but one of the biggest parts of troubleshooting is double or even triple checking.

You can set the dosing heads/pumps to either automatic or individual (manual setting) mode. In automatic, you just tell it how much per dose and how many times per day. It'll calculate the total daily amount, which is nice to double check your math.

Flashing yellow

I used automatic. 24ML 24 times a day, may change it to 2 ml X 12 times a day. Just wondering how to make sure that the 4 dosers will not dose at the same time.
