I don't have Fergon where I live. However, was wondering if this could work:


If so, would it be a similar preparation process?

there is a formula for this although for human use , this iron supplement I believe contains ascorbate which may bind the iron. is it safe then to use. . . its hard to say but Brightwell aquatics sells liquid ferron which may be safer

Okay, thanks for input. I guess I'm a fan of the Fergon method due to its price point.

Any alternative that would likely show up at a big name drug store?
