Cant log on....

Hi.....my mom cant log into her account for some reason....she says that r2r changed her password for some reason and now that password or her old password doesnt work. I dont see any way to be able to change the password so she can get on....so this situation is very frustrating.....any thoughts?!?!?!? Thanks in advance.
