Hi folks;

I have an MP10 and am attempting to get it to follow the schedule I created in the Mobius app. The MP10 appears in the app. I have a schedule set up with several different modes, but the MP10 appears to want to run at a varying rate between about 450 GPH and 550 GPH, even though I have my schedule set with flowrates that I think would be much lower than that, as I have a small tank.

For example, right now it should be running in Lagoon mode at 12%, which I *think* should not or rarely exceed 200 GPH, but it's running (right now) around 500 GPH.

I've followed every single instruction given to me by ChatGPT, Google searches etc with no luck.

Before I contact tech support ... anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I can't pull up mobius since im not near a vortech right now but as long as you dragged the correct mode + set the right % for the gph you desire by time slot (big left hand bar when scheduling) then it will cycle through the functions accordingly.

If it's not then unplug and see if it resets properly after.

I don't know if it's cycling through the modes, but it's definitely not following the GPH % setting.

Unplugging and resetting doesn't fix it.

Thanks.

Just tested mine and it seems to follow the settings + transition just fine. Does yours visually look like something similar when you set yours according to what you desire pattern wise?

I contacted VorTech tech support, and just heard back from them a few minutes ago. The MP 10 can’t run at less than 450 gallons per hour. I guess that explains it! Thank you.

Disregard. Im a dork and don't have any pulse modes in my settings.

Do you happen to be on IOS? Just asking because i do not get second timers. I've found Mobius a bit finicky on Android. I can't even delete a tank. I have to use an old iPhone if i need to delete one.

Try making sure also that it has updated Mine did the same thing and it was a software update issue

I use an Android, can generally do most modifications provided mobius wants to comply (not the case most of the time sadly)
