The Latest additions to my Captive Bred Marine collection, settling in the grow out tank. Goldflake Angel (Apolemichthys xanthopunctatus) and Majestic Angel (Pomacanthus navarchus) Both from Bali Aquarich, supplied by De Jong Marinelife. The marking on the Goldflake reminds me of a little ghost.:) Keep up the great work breeders. Support Captive Breeding, one day we may have no other choice.

Very nice. I have both of the same Angels from Bali Aquarich. Great fish. Also I have Poma Labs Singapore Angel and a Biota Coral Beauty. Captive bred fish are the way to go these days. I just wish someone would be able to captive breed Interruptus, Bandit and Regal angels. Maybe in time. Poma labs is doing some great stuff with captive bred angels.

Anything I can get my hands on @mdbannister . All my fish are Captive Bred. I have attached a few photos of some of them. I must point out that I have a number of tanks though, they are not all in one tank, :) ha ha. My favorite is my little Captive Bred Coral Beauty (Centropyge bispinosa) an absolute nightmare to try and photo ;Bored. Thank you so much Tom Bowling of Biota Palau. My first ever Captive Bred Angel. Please send more to Laura at EcoMarines, we need more captive bred marines in the UK, you are so lucky in the USA. Please support the Captive Bred Trade. These breeders are my heros. Big shout out to Jen Lowey in Connecticut USA please support her with the sale of the Calendars, profits go to Rising Tide.

I would so buy the gold flake when available Nice and thanks for sharing!
Hi @Tom Blevins , I know a supplier who has one available but it would be very expensive to ship over to the USA from Europe. I have not seen any for sale in the US market. Do you know how much they are selling the CB Gold Flake for ?

Great work @Highgrade, I love collecting Captive Bred fish, for me its like a hobby within a hobby, exciting times. I agree with you about the Interruptus angel, I would love to see more CB Dwarf Angels. Don`t` think I have any more room for a Regal though. Must put another tank on my list for christmas:rolleyes:. I had the chance of a Captive Bred Clarion, cheaper than a wild caught one but a little out of my price range, maybe one day ;). Dr Matt Wittenrich is one awesome fella. Great work POMA Labs, just hope they get the support they deserve.

I agree Dr. Matt Wittenrich is a great guy. Hoping Poma Labs continues their efforts for many years to come. They're definitely a game changer for CB angels.

Are the captive born angels reef safe? Im
Being told captive born majestics are totally reef safe but I’m skeptical.

They’re hit or miss I’d say. Personally mine likes to taste everything. Doesn’t eat anything in particular but definitely irritates some corals at times.

Sounds like something that someone trying to sell you a CB majestic would say.

Mine has just nipped on clams maybe once a month and the only coral it ever pecked was a Newly added acan lord frag, but I already had a lobo, micromussas, Goni, aleveopora and bounce mushrooms besides total sps and never touches them
